When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Volt Ventures ships worldwide. All applicable shipping costs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
